The staff showed great kindness, always there to help whenever needed. I especially appreciated the proximity to nearby shopping and dining options. The reservation process felt confusing and didn't go smoothly. The layout of the room was somewhat cramped, made maneuvering around the beds tricky. I felt the experience provided decent value for the price. Not having hangers in the closet was a bit of a letdown too.

The room was extremely spacious and cool with central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a microwave oven.

The staff was accommodating, adjusting their cleaning schedules to fit my needs. And I have to say, the beds were just so comfortable, I slept like a baby every night.
